Cookie Policy
When you access our website, we, including the companies we hire to keep track of how our website is used, may place small data files called “cookies” on your computer. We send a “session cookie” to your computer when you log in to your account or use the L&M Team Services. This type of cookie helps us recognize you if you visit several pages on our site during the same session, so we don’t have to ask you for your password on every page.
Once you exit or close your browser, this cookie will expire and no longer have any effect. We also use more permanent cookies for other purposes, such as to display your email address on our login form, so that you don’t have to re-enter your email address every time you log in to your account.
We encode our cookies so that only we can interpret the information stored in them. You are free to refuse our cookies if your browser allows it, but this may interfere with your use of our website.
We and our service providers also use cookies to personalize our services, content and advertising, evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and promote trust and security. You may encounter third-party cookies when using the L&M Team Services on certain websites that are not under our control (for example, if you view a web page created by a third party or use an application developed by a third party, a cookie may be placed by that page or application).
Remarketing - Google and Meta Ads
We use the Google Ads and Remarketing features to serve ads on search results and Google partner sites. These features allow us to identify that you have visited our site and so Google can display our ad to you on different websites.
The same applies to Meta’s ad platform, Meta Ads, with ads served on Meta platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
Various third-party providers, including Google, buy advertising space on websites. We may contract with Google to display our ads in these spaces. In order to identify your visit to our website, both other third-party providers and Google use cookies, in a similar way to that set out in the “Cookie Policy” section. You can disable Google’s use of cookies by accessing the Ads Preferences Manager.
Protection and storage of your personal information
Throughout this policy, we use the term “personal information” to describe information that can be associated with a particular person and can be used to identify that person.
We store and process your personal information on our computers, on the servers of our websites (under the responsibility of Hostinger), and on our document management platform (provided by Google), and we protect it, together with the companies contracted to store this data, under physical, electronic and procedural protection measures. We use computer protections such as firewalls and data encryption, we apply physical access controls to our computers and files, and we authorize access to personal information only to employees who need it to carry out their professional responsibilities.
Use of the personal information we collect
Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, efficient and personalized experience of our services. To this end, we use your personal information to:

We may share your personal information with:
- L&M Team members, to provide joint content, products and services (such as registration, transactions and customer support) to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and violations of our policies, and to cooperate in decisions regarding their products, services and communications. Members of our corporate family will use this information to send you marketing communications only if you have requested their services;

- Other third parties with your consent or direction to do so.
Please note that these third parties may be in other countries where the laws on the processing of personal information are less strict than those in your country. In cases where our company and a partner jointly promote our services, we may disclose to the partner certain personal information, such as the name, address and username of persons who have subscribed to our services, as a result of the joint promotion, for the sole purpose of enabling us and the partner to evaluate the results of the promotion. In this case, personal information may not be used by the partner for any other purpose.
L&M Team will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties in the normal course of business and only shares your personal information with third parties as described in this policy.
If you sign up for L&M Team directly on a third-party website or through a third-party application, any information you enter on that website or application (and not directly on an L&M Team website) will be shared with the owner of that website or application – and your information may be subject to their privacy policies.
These Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are present on all websites managed by L&M Team.
